Postdocs summer conferences
This summer, Manon and Jeff flew the flag for our lab by participating in national and international conferences!
At the CSM annual conference, Manon presented “David vs. Goliath: How Minimalist Phage Satellites Take Over the Helper Viral Capsid,” highlighting her research findings on phage satellites and capsid hijacking processes. For his part, Jeff presented his work in Japan at a symposium organized jointly by Hokkaido University and the University of Montreal, where he presented “Variation in the Mobile Genome Shapes Diversity in a Canadian Collection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.”
