Passionate about science from a very young age, I loved asking myself questions about how things worked. As such, I pursued Biotechnology and Molecular genetics degree in my home country, Argentina, where I did my first Master’s in Applied Microbiology, focusing on the wine-making industry and how to optimize and reduce the cost of producing wine. I then moved to Montreal, in 2019, to pursue my second Master’s in Neurobiology where I studied the development of the nervous system in a small, transparent nematode, called C. elegans. As a member of the Le Roux laboratory, I will coordinate and organize vulgarization events, as well as ensure funding for all research projects going on in the lab.
